Before mass production, the machine can be used for first print inspection, including texts and graphics issue, such as missing part, font, bold, italic, space, underline and wrong or missing graphics. It scans the first print and checks the quality & accuracy against PDF file. Once it is confirmed no defects, operator can run printing machine for formal production. So, it helps to reduce batches of waste due to unqualified press plate. During mass printing, the machine is able to check the sample printing quality against PDF file or qualified sheet, so as to check the press condition, avoid continuous waste. One Sheet Inspection Machine can support the inspection requirement from 3 sets of offset printing machines (Sampling frequency at every 20 min).
