Rigid Box Assembly Machine
Process:
“Case” comes in position on the conveyor.
Glue is applied by the system as programmed, using a nozzle.
The skeleton box is placed “accurately” on the glued area by the system as programmed.
Once the cycle is completed, the “case along with box” moves forward on the conveyor and the next “case” comes in position on the conveyor, for the next cycle of operation.
