Inspection Process
Jobs are fed to the Die cutting machine. One paper trigger sensor is provided for the detection of paper in front of the camera at the time of inspection.
Whenever paper comes in front of the sensor, it will give a trigger to the camera to capture images.
The camera will compare every paper image to the respective master which is already taught by the Operator.
If any mismatch is detected, the system will stop and the buzzer will sound.
The operator will be ready to run the machine after taking corrective action.
