STAR 550
Star 550 is a sheet-fed inspection machine designed to inspect the quality of printing in packets, packs and color cartons used in various industries.
DC VISION
- Jobs are fed to the Die cutting machine. One paper trigger sensor is provided for the detection of paper in front of the camera at the time of inspection.
- Whenever paper comes in front of the sensor, it will give trigger the camera to capture images.
- The camera will compare every paper image to the respective master which is already taught by the Operator.
ROBO GLUE
- Case” comes in position on the conveyor
- Glue is applied by the system as programmed, using a nozzle
- Skeleton box is placed “accurately” on the glued area by the system as programmed
- Once the cycle is completed, the “case along with box” moves forward on the conveyor and the next “case” comes in position on the conveyor, for the next cycle of operation
ROBO VISION 400
- This is an integrated system comprising various components such as an industrial camera, 4-axis SCARA robotic arm, PLC, proximity sensor, and much more.
- At high speeds, the system is capable of placing ‘in-register on the conveyor.
- The system is retrofittable to existing gluing conveyors.
