Tube Vial Inspection Machine an automatic integrating unscrambling, inspection and wrapping installed behind the annealing furnace and located at the cold end of the production line. Helps users achieve high-efficiency high repeatability and high reliability production by sorting the vials towards the same direction and followed by inspecting vials as set requirements on the master.
Features
- All round inspection: 100% inspection covering finish, body, shoulder, base etc. Each workstation moves intermittently to make 4 cameras continuously capturing 15 – 30 images from different directions
- Defects classification: Can be classified according to inspection items and the production reports can be output in batches to provide data support for quality management.
- Dimension measurement: Measure each bottle according to the upper and lower limit of the size and display the size trend chart of each item on the interface.
- Convenient packaging: Able to pack in integers at the request of the customers.
