Module design: to improve the machine utilization, DH small-format inkjet printer inspection machine can be used as inkjet printer only or inspection machine only.Combination: when needed, DH small-format inkjet printer inspection machine can combine inkjet printer and inspection machine into one for production process.
- Inspection Dual inspection station can inspect ink spot/omission/color variance/ink streak/misregister/foil stamping/embossing etc. in real time to send the result to the inkjet printer.
- Inkjet printer By receiving the result of the inspection system, the inkjet printer prints the qualified products only
- Code inspection High resolution area array camera inspects code quality in real time.
- Curing unit works at the max speed of 120m/min.
- Reject Multi-nozzle air force unit rejects the unqualified products including printing and inkjet printing in real time.
- Collection Qualified products are collected by the method of shingle stream to satisfy different size. And for cigarette packets shingle stream with pile stacking collection is optional.
